- Use multiple load boards to book you great paying loads (you pick loads, rates, and locations)
- Set you up with reputable brokers
- Complete broker contracts including credit checks and insurance certs
- Provide rate confirmations
- Arrange pick up and delivery times
- Provide assistance with TONUs and detention
- Arrange fuel advances and quick pay, if the broker provides them
- Complete billing for a small additional fee per invoice
- Assistance with trailer leasing, tow-aways, or load-outs if you do not have a trailer

What You Need:
DOWNLOAD the DISPATCH SIGN UP PACKET. It contains the following forms:
ONLINE SIGN UP FORMS - Please each form below and hit submit.
- Own truck, trailer if you have one, authority, and tag
- Copy of your Authority
- Copy of Insurance Certificate ($100,000 cargo/$1,000,000 liability. **Power only carriers must also have at least $50,000 non-owned or interchange insurance).
- Copy of your W-9
- Copy of your Driver's License (and the licenses of your drivers)
- Copy of you Cab Card
- Letter of Assignment from your factoring company, if applicable
- All forms completed in the Dispatch Sign-Up Packet OR completed online.
DOWNLOAD the DISPATCH SIGN UP PACKET. It contains the following forms:
- Sign-Up Checklist (to assist you with the required information and paperwork)
- Carrier Profile Sheet
- Dispatch-Carrier Agreement (NOT a contract)
- Limited Power of Attorney Form (allows us to speak with brokers/shippers on your behalf)
- Credit Card Authorization Form
- Equipment/Services/Area/Rate Information Form
- A blank W-9 in case you need it.
ONLINE SIGN UP FORMS - Please each form below and hit submit.
Payment to You:
- You will be paid directly by the shipper/broker - 100% of the gross and 100% of the Fuel Surcharge.
- How quickly you get paid will depend on the shipper/broker or we can get you set up with factoring.
Payment to Ameratrans Dispatch Service:
When the load is booked, accepted and picked up, you pay us:
Payment:
- $25 for loads under $500
- $50 for loads $501-$1000
- 5% of the gross for loads $1001+
- If you choose our billing service, there is a small fee of $5.00 per invoice
Payment:
- Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard
- Any payment processing fees are the responsibility of the carrier
